These are the website terms only. The NxSCORE product terms, the data processing terms, the terms for the free cloud assessment and any other agreement are shared with you separately, when you go ahead. To read any of them before then, write to contact@esecforte.com.
2Using the site
Use the site lawfully, and do not:
- try to break, overload or get round its security;
- scan it or test it for weaknesses, except as our responsible disclosure page allows;
- send a form in someone else's name, or send automated or bulk submissions;
- copy large parts of the site, or collect it with automated tools.

3What the site is
The site explains NxSCORE and eSec Forte. It is general information, not security, legal or compliance advice for your organisation.
Product screens, findings, resource names, counts and timelines on this site are illustrative examples, not data from any customer. Compliance mappings show how NxSCORE approaches a requirement; whether your organisation meets it is for your auditor and regulator to decide.
4Names, marks and content
The NxSCORE name and logo, the site's text, film, photographs and design belong to eSec Forte. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit.
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Prisma Cloud, Cortex Cloud, Wiz, Orca Security and Tenable are marks of their owners, shown only to say which products NxSCORE works with. Certification and empanelment marks belong to the bodies that issue them. None of this means those owners endorse NxSCORE.
5The free cloud assessment and the product
Asking for an assessment through this site does not commit either of us, and we may decline a request. Before any account is connected, we agree in writing which account, the read-only access it uses, how long the assessment runs and what happens to the results.
When you buy NxSCORE, the product terms in your agreement apply. Nothing on this site adds to or changes them.
6Links to other sites
Links to other sites, such as cloud providers' documentation, LinkedIn or a map, are there to help you. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for them.
7Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it is complete, current or free of interruption. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.
8Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
